Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Reservation

Any purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Upon successful payment you receive an email of payment confirmation and transaction reference number.  Confirmed e-ticket will be sent via email within 30-60 minutes. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once a reservation is confirmed. If a purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund deducted amount without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to read and review the cancellation policy and consider it before making any purchase.

If a passenger does not wish to travel, he/she must cancel his/her booking at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure of the flight. Refund will be made  subject to applicable cancellation charges.

On any cancellation/modification, Airopedia Travels charges INR 500 for international flight, INR 300 for domestic flight and INR 250 for hotel booking.

If payment is made in foreign currencies conversion rate applies.

User’s request for cancellation of ticket/s must be sent to us via email for the same with PNR and passenger’s name that is required for cancellation. The Customer agrees that the booking made is subject to the cancellation policy set out on the booking page as per the Airline / Hotel cancellation polices.

Correction/ change of passenger’s name or change of flight destination is not allowed.

Cancellation charges varies as per airlines and supplier’s terms and conditions, Airopedia has no role to interfere in that rules.

On cancellation of refundable reservation, traveler will be changed as bellow:

International flight

INR 500+ airlines charges

Domestic flight   

INR 300 + airlines charges

Hotel 

INR 250 + hotel supplier/owner charges

Please contact airlines directly for any cancellation within 24 hours of departure.

Cancellation policy is subject to change without notice.

Refund of Cancelled Reservation

The User shall request Airopedia for any refunds against the unutilized  air ticket 24 hours prior to departure or 'No Show' air or hotel booking for any reason within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket.

Refund will be made back to the same payment solution used initially by the customer to make the payment after deduction of airline charges and service charges of Airopedia as mentioned above. please allow us 30 to 45 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy. In that case no request will be accepted for any kind of refund.

Airopedia Travels will process refund within 3 working days only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/suppliers.

Airopedia Travels shall not be liable to pay any refunds in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent.

 Although Airopedia will put all its efforts to get its customer refunded, the user shall not hold the Airopedia responsible for the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.

For refund of cancellation made by the airlines directly within 24 hours of departure, refund will be made accordingly.
